Rauf Khalilov is the CEO and founder of Mergul Law. He is a solicitor advocate specialising in dispute resolution and arbitration. He advises high-net-worth private individuals and corporations, state entities and charities.
Rauf also has 15 years of experience with personal injury cases in all tracks. In two other firms, he ran the personal injury departments and worked on high-value cases.
Rauf has years of experience dealing with high-value commercial disputes, acting for clients from around the world, including Azerbaijani airlines and investors. He has a thriving international commercial-arbitration practice, previously advising oil companies, automobile corporations and investors in multi-million-pound claims.
Rauf speaks eight languages, including Russian, Azeri and Farsi, in which he is fluent. He is the recipient of the prestigious Harmsworth Scholarship from Middle Temple.
