We have a particular specialism in international commercial arbitration, where we act for private individuals, corporations and states under the international arbitration rules (ICC, UNCITRAL, LCIA). Members of our team also act for clients before national courts to enforce or resist enforcement of international arbitration agreements and arbitral awards.
The following cases provide a snapshot of our work:
- A member of the team is currently co-counsel to Ukrainian investors in ICSI arbitration proceedings brought against the Government of North Macedonia arising out of termination of a mining concession (ICSID Case No. ARB/19/9).
- A member of the team has advised a Russian company in an arbitration dispute at The Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC Case No: V 2019/108).
- A member of the team has advised and assisted a major automobile corporation in Azerbaijan in an international arbitration dispute.
